We are thrilled to announce the SAKINA Integrated Mental Health Conference (SIMC-26), a gathering of thought leaders, practitioners, and advocates dedicated to advancing mental health and well-being. This year’s art exhibition theme, "Mental Health and Empowerment," highlights the transformative power of mental health initiatives in fostering resilience, self-awareness, and positive societal impact.

Call for Artwork: 

Are you an artist with a passion for mental health advocacy? We invite you to submit original artwork that resonates with the theme of Mental Health and Empowerment.

Selected artworks will be displayed during the conference, showcasing the connection between creativity and mental well-being.

 

Submission Guidelines:

  • Theme: Mental Health and Empowerment
  • Medium: Open to all mediums, including painting, photography, sculpture, digital art, poetry, music and mixed media.
  • Eligibility: Open to all, including professionals, emerging artists, and individuals with lived experiences.
  • Deadline: 15th January 2026
  • Submission Requirements:
    • High-resolution image(s) of the artwork (if applicable)
    • Title and description of the artwork (150-200 words)
    • Artist’s name, contact details, and a brief bio (50-100 words)

The registration includes:

  • Admission to all conference sessions (Only Physical Participation)
  • Conference Material
  • Coffee Breaks and Lunch
  • The accompanying person is not allowed to access the conference sessions without unique registrations.

Accepted Methods of Payment:

  • All registration fees must be paid in advance in AED to Medetarian Conference Organizing LLC.
  • Payments should be made through Credit Card only

For Cancellation and Substitutions, please read below carefully:

  • Please note that once registered, no cancellations will be permitted and the registration fee is non-refundable. 

Cancellation of the Conference:

The 5th Abu Dhabi Integrated Mental Health Conference 2025 cannot be held liable in the event of strikes, floods, fires, “unforeseen circumstances,” or any other situations beyond the control of the Conference Organizer that results in the partial or complete cancellation of the event (and any part of its program). There will be no reimbursement of registration fees or hotel pre-payments/deposits.
