The registration includes:

  • Admission to all conference sessions

  • The accompanying person is not allowed to access the conference sessions.

Accepted Methods of Payment:

  • All registration fees must be paid in advance in AED to Medetarian Conference Organizing L.L.C.
  • Payments should be made through Credit Cards only.
  • For Onsite Payment - In order to protect our community, we prefer to accept payment with your credit card or Mobile pay.

For Cancellation and Substitutions, please read below carefully:

  • Please note that once registered, no cancellations will be permitted, and the registration fee is non-refundable.
  • Substitutions will be accepted until 17 October 2025. Requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Cancellation of the Conference:

The conference cannot be held liable in the event of strikes, floods, fires, “unforeseen circumstances,” or any other situations beyond the control of the Conference Organizer that result in the partial or complete cancellation of the event (and any part of its program). There will be no reimbursement of registration fees or hotel pre-payments/deposits.
