Dr. Javeed is currently working at Rashid Hospital as a Consultant Neurologist. He earned the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at Government Medical College in Srinagar, Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS) in Srinagar, and Medicine And Allied at Royal College of Physicians of Ireland, Dublin.

Dr. Javeed was an Assistant Consultant at National Guard Health Affairs and Registrar at Armed Forces Hospital.
